Once we receive a completed application and check from the team, we will meet with the team representative to schedule 2 games to photograph. A few days before a schedule game, we will send out an email to parents and coaches reminding everyone that we will be taking pictures at the next game.

At the game, we will reference the team roster to make sure that we photograph all of the players on the team (just make sure they are at the scheduled games, otherwise we can make arrangements to photograph them at a dierent game/event for an additional fee). If time permits, we will also take a few candid photographs of the team while they have snacks after the game.

A week after each game we will post up the images to a private web site where parents and friends can order prints. At the end of the season we will provide the season keepsakes which can include a CD slideshow, action collages, and team albums.

We cover a wide variety of sports. We’ve put together albums and videos for basketball, volleyball, baseball, tennis, cross country, and more. Our list of teams and sports continue to expand.

Our pricing assumes that the events are within an hour drive of Tustin, CA. We can prepare an estimate for additional costs for out-of-town events.
